Terms of service

Welcome to Trakr. By using trakr.club you agree to these terms. They are deliberately short and readable — Trakr is an early-stage product and we'd rather be clear than exhaustive.
1. The service
Trakr turns GPS activity data (your Strava activities, your GPX files, or demo race templates) into cinematic 3D replay videos you can customize, export and share. Trakr is provided as-is, in active development, and features may change.
2. Your content
Your activities and the Stories and videos you create belong to you. They are stored on your device (see the Privacy Policy) and you are responsible for what you export and share. Don't create or share content that infringes someone else's rights.
3. Strava integration
The Strava connection is provided through Strava's official API and is subject to Strava's own Terms of Service and API Agreement. Trakr is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Strava. Strava and the Strava logo are trademarks of Strava, Inc. You can disconnect at any time.
4. Catalog courses & GPX downloads
The race catalog offers downloadable GPX files. These are approximations routed on OpenStreetMap data — NOT official, certified race courses — and must not be used for race-day navigation. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL); imagery © Esri, © CARTO.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no scraping, no attempting to access other people's data, no reselling Strava-derived data, no use of the service to violate any law or third-party terms (including Strava's).
6. Disclaimers & liability
Trakr is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Third-party services Trakr relies on (Strava, map and imagery providers) disclaim their own warranties and are not liable for Trakr. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trakr is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves; the “last updated” date above will change and significant updates will be announced in the app. Continuing to use Trakr after a change means you accept the new terms.
