Help & Support
Answers to the most common questions about Trakr and your Strava connection. Anything else — write to us, a human replies.
How do I connect my Strava account?
Open My Activities and tap “Connect with Strava”. You'll be sent to strava.com to approve read-only access, then your recent activities appear automatically. Trakr can only read your own activities — never anyone else's, and it can never post or change anything on Strava.
How do I import my newest activities?
Tap “Sync activities” on My Activities. Trakr only fetches activities newer than your last sync, so it's fast and light on Strava's servers.
How do I disconnect Strava?
Use “Disconnect” on My Activities or in Settings — this immediately revokes Trakr's access at Strava (it disappears from Settings → My Apps on strava.com). You can also revoke from strava.com directly; Trakr detects it and returns to the disconnected state.
How do I delete my data?
Settings offers two one-click options: delete every activity imported from Strava (and the Stories built from them), or erase everything Trakr stores. Because your data lives only in your browser — Trakr has no server database — deletion is immediate and permanent.
Can I use Trakr without Strava?
Yes. Upload any GPX file from your watch or phone, or start from one of the 100+ race templates in the library — no account needed.
Something not working?
Email hello@trakr.club and we'll sort it out. Including the page where the problem happens and your browser name helps a lot.
